The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, labor control, inventory oversight, and adherence to company policies to ensure a safe, welcoming guest experience. Strong teamwork and reliability are valued.

Qualificações

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must meet physical demands of the role.
• Must be able to lead, recognize, and train successful talent; 1 year of shift management experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Preferably valid driver8;s license.
• Love working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise shifts and maintain company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under management.
• Maintain cooperative working relationships with management and crew.
• Assist with crew duties as needed.
• Conduct crew meetings prior to shift.
• Manage labor cost to meet company standards.
• Control inventory to meet GAP standards.
• Maintain reports and records per company standards and regulations.
• Maintain building and equipment with proper procedures.
• Handle cash while in charge of a shift and ensure cash procedures are followed.
• Ensure uniforms and appearance meet standards and reflect professionalism.
• Enforce HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies for a safe environment.
• Represent BNE as a professional in all interactions.
