Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Shift Leader for Hardee’s in Mount Jackson, VA. You will supervise shifts, train crew, uphold quality, safety, and cleanliness, and help drive profitable operations.

This role requires at least 1 year of shift management experience and the ability to lead a fast-paced team. A background check and drug screen are required; a valid driver’s license is preferred. We offer weekly pay, training, benefits, and opportunities to advance.

Competenze

• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid Driver’s License preferred.

Mansioni

• Supervise shifts and maintain company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under management direction.
• Maintain cooperative relationships with management and crew; assist with crew duties as needed.
• Conduct crew meetings prior to shift to discuss operations.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standards.
• Control inventory to meet GAP standards.
• Maintain reports and records per company standards and regulations.
• Maintain building and equipment with proper operating, cleaning, and preventive maintenance procedures.
• Be responsible for cash handling when in charge of a shift and ensure procedures are followed.
• Ensure HR, sanitation, safety and security policies are observed to provide a safe environment.
• Represent Boddie-Noell Enterprises professionally at all times.
