Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate and friendly service.
• Plan each shift, monitor performance and meet McDonald’s standards.
• Maintain safety, security and profitability on shift.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to hand off responsibilities.
• Help departments meet their targets during shifts.
