The role supports operating the restaurant in the absence of management, drives sales through quality, service, and cleanliness, and maintains profitability with strong adherence to standards. Responsibilities include supervising shifts, training crew, managing labor and inventory, and ensuring compliance with safety and cash procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid Driver’s License preferred.
• Ability to lead, recognize, and train successful talent.
• Enjoy fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and maintain quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under management direction.
• Maintain cooperative relationships with management and crew.
• Conduct crew meetings to discuss operations and promotions.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standards.
• Control inventory to meet GAP standards.
• Maintain reports and records per company standards and regulations.
• Ensure cash procedures during shifts and proper deposits.
