Job summary

RaceTrac is seeking a hands-on Shift Manager in Florida to lead a fast-paced store team and deliver a consistently great guest experience. You’ll coach, motivate, and supervise team members, ensuring food service, stocking, and cash handling are executed to RaceTrac standards.

You’ll play a key role in maintaining store operations, communicating with leadership, and promoting a positive, guest-focused culture while driving performance and meeting safety and inventory controls.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (in progress or completed).
• 2–3 years of work experience in retail, restaurant, or food service preferred.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Winning Team on Your Shift.
• Provide clear direction and assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling.
• Coach team members in real-time and provide guidance during shifts.
• Drive Operational Excellence by meeting guest service, food safety and cleanliness standards.
