Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to train and guide others.

Responsibilities

• Plan shifts, monitor performance and ensure adherence to standards.
• Oversee safety, security, and profitability during shifts.
• Coordinate with crew and other managers for smooth operation.
• Schedule staff and manage training activities.
