RaceTrac is seeking a hands-on Shift Manager in Florida to lead a fast-paced, guest-focused team on your shift, setting the tone for service excellence.

You’ll train, coach, and develop team members, manage daily store operations, handle cash and inventory, and ensure food safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience (retail, restaurant, or food service preferred).
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience (preferred).
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume, guest-focused environments.
• Ability to follow through on tasks and coach others to do the same.
• Strong communication and team building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Winning Team on Your Shift with a cheerful, can-do attitude and motivate the team.
• Provide clear direction and assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling.
• Coach team members in real-time, offering guidance and support during every shift.
• Address guest concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating when necessary.
• Train and guide your team to meet guest service, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Oversee inventory, cash wrap, and store processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
