RaceTrac is hiring a Shift Manager in Florida to lead a fast-paced, guest‑focused team on your shift. You’ll set a positive tone, guide associates, and ensure safety, cleanliness, and inventory standards are met while delivering excellent customer service.

You will coach, train, and develop store team members and collaborate with leadership to drive performance, provide feedback, and support a culture of accountability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience in retail, restaurant, or food service preferred.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume guest-focused environments.
• Ability to follow through on tasks and coach others to do the same.

Responsibilities

• Lead a winning team on your shift with a cheerful, can-do attitude.
• Provide clear direction and assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling.
