Jimmy John's in Pascagoula, MS seeks a Shift Lead to support the General Manager in daily store operations, ensuring orders are accurate and the team performs with efficiency.

As a Shift Lead you will lead by example with a positive attitude, help maintain a clean, fast-paced environment, and assist with training, scheduling, and customer service excellence. You will also ensure policies and procedures are followed and contribute to a safe, respectful workplace.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Basic understanding of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to handle fast-paced and high-stress situations in the store.
• Organize and establish priorities in the store with minimal supervision.
• Willing to offer opinions and recommendations towards the store and employees.

Responsabilités

• Oversee in-store operations alongside the General Manager.
• Ensure the store is in exceptional order and employees are performing duties properly and efficiently.
• Execute systems and procedures with 100% integrity and lead by example.
• Maintain enthusiasm, friendliness, and a positive attitude.
