RaceTrac in Florida is seeking a hands-on Shift Manager to lead a winning team on your shift, set the tone with a cheerful attitude, and ensure guest satisfaction while handling food service, stocking, cleaning, and cash.

You will coach teammates in real time, drive operational excellence, train, manage inventory and promotions, and model RaceTrac’s values. Requires 2–3 years retail/food service, 1+ years supervisory, HS diploma, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to obtain permits.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience (retail, restaurant, or food service preferred).
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience (preferred).
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume, guest-focused environments.
• Ability to follow through on tasks and coach others to do the same.
• Strong communication and team building skills.

• Oversee inventory, vendor check-in, and promotional communication.
• Lead shift change communication and ensure team alignment throughout the day.
