Job summary

RaceTrac is seeking a hands-on Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced, guest‑focused team on the floor. You’ll coach teammates, manage food service, stock, cash handling, and safety while delivering outstanding guest service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (in progress or completed).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Willingness to obtain required permits (food handler, alcohol server).

Responsibilities

• Lead a winning team on your shift and maintain guest focus.
• Provide clear direction and assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling.
• Coach team members in real time and give guidance to drive results.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, vendor check-in, and promotional communications.
• Oversee cash wrap, write-offs, and compliance with safety rules.
