Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all restaurant operations during assigned shifts.
• Ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment and outstanding guest service.
• Manage team member performance through coaching and accountability.
• Oversee food preparation, cooking, and execution to brand standards.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
• Complete opening and closing procedures, including cash handling.
• Monitor labor deployment to meet business needs.
• Assist with inventory management, stocking, and waste control.
• Address guest concerns professionally and resolve issues in real time.
• Ensure employee meals and purchases are properly rung in and tracked.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Execute directives and initiatives from upper management.
