Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. is seeking a Shift Manager to supervise the restaurant operation on a shift-by-shift basis and support the management team. This role focuses on coaching team members to ensure tasks are performed effectively and guest experiences are consistent.

You will contribute to a high-energy, guest-focused environment with attention to time management, detail, and service standards that fuel moments worth sharing for our guests and our team members.

Qualifications

• Preferably, you have 2 years of restaurant or bar experience.
• You are of minimum age to serve alcoholic beverages (or higher, per applicable law).
• You know what it takes to fuel moments worth sharing and have exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• As a Shift Manager, you will supervise the operation of our restaurant on a shift-by-shift basis.
