Job summary

SONIC Drive-In in Olympia, WA is seeking team members to perform, lead, and supervise basic operational duties to provide quality products and service to guests.

Responsibilities include leading station duties, coaching and training crew, ensuring speed of service, and maintaining sanitation. You will participate in shift meetings, handle heavy lifting up to 50 pounds, and work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays with at least 30 hours per week.

Qualifications

• General restaurant or retail knowledge.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow directions.
• Multi-tasking, leadership, time-management and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform, lead, and supervise station duties to meet standards.
• Ensure team is working to capacity and meeting speed of service standards.
• Coaches and trains crew members on tasks.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures and standards.
• Assist with new employee orientation and training.
• Report customer or employee issues to MOD.
• Perform and supervise cleaning and sanitation duties, including trash, mopping, and hygiene.
• Lead shift meetings and participate in daily briefings.
• Move and stock food weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
