Job summary

Sonic Drive-In, franchised by KBP Brands, is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced team and ensure smooth daily operations. You will help deliver the iconic Sonic experience, training new staff and managing customer service during shifts.

Candidates should have at least one year of supervisory experience in food service or retail, be 18+, and have flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical stamina is required to perform shift duties.

Qualifications

• At least one year of supervisory experience in food service or retail.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects, stand/walk during shifts, and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities
