McDonald’s is seeking a Shift Manager to lead shifts at a franchisee-owned restaurant in Idaho. You will supervise crew, ensure fast, accurate and friendly service, and maintain McDonald’s standards for quality, cleanliness, and safety.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• We are looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule who like to have fun.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.
