McDonald’s operates a restaurant in your area and is seeking a Shift Manager who can lead a team with energy and a commitment to quality, service, and cleanliness.

You will oversee daily operations, schedule staff, coach crew and other managers, and ensure fast, accurate, friendly service while meeting safety and profit targets. Prior leadership experience preferred; must be 18+ and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience is preferred in a restaurant, retail or hospitality setting.
• Able to lead shifts and manage crew to meet McDonald’s standards.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Coach crew and other managers to uphold Quality, Service and Cleanliness.
• Monitor safety, security, profitability and communicate with the next Shift Manager.
• Schedule, train and manage duties across departments.
