Job summary

McDonald’s corporate-owned restaurant in Mount Pleasant, Texas, is seeking a Shift Manager to lead crew and other managers, delivering fast, accurate, friendly service while upholding McDonald’s standards for Quality, Service and Cleanliness.

You’ll schedule shifts, monitor performance, manage food safety, inventory, and training, and collaborate with departments to meet goals. Prior leadership in a restaurant or retail environment is preferred; you must be 18+.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Ability to lead shifts, schedule staff, and uphold quality and safety standards.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate-owned restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly, ensuring fast, accurate and friendly service.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift.
• Plan each shift, monitor performance, and maintain safety, security and profitability.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to ensure a smooth handover.
• Meet targets for departments and support training and development.
