Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager.

• Lead shifts and supervise crew and other managers.
• Plan each shift and monitor performance to meet McDonald’s standards.
• Ensure quality, service and cleanliness for customers.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare for a smooth shift change.
• Handle tasks like food safety, inventory, maintenance, scheduling, and training.
