Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership support to the Manager on Duty (MOD).
• Maintains high standards of customer service during high-volume, fast-paced operations.
• Greets customers and takes orders professionally and promptly.
• Oversees cash handling and daily reporting.
• Assists in inventory control and stock ordering.
• Upsells additional products to customers.
• Ensures food quality and sanitation standards are maintained.
• Coordinate scheduling and cross-train team members.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
