• Provides leadership support to the Manager on Duty (MOD).
• Maintains high standards of customer service in a fast-paced operation.
• Greets customers and takes orders professionally and promptly.
• Provides information on menu and specials to encourage repeat business.
• Oversees cash management duties and processes daily reports.
• Adheres to food quality, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Assists with inventory and stock ordering as needed.
• Cross-trains and coordinates scheduling with team members.
