Job summary

Domino’s Team Washington, Inc. in Manassas, VA seeks an energetic team member to assist in daily oversight of sales, costs, employee retention, customer service and food quality. You will help ensure service standards and maintain sanitation across shifts.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing orders, managing cash and POS transactions, and supporting scheduling and inventory. A strong customer focus and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in interactions with management and customers.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership support to the Manager on Duty (MOD).
• Maintains high standards of customer service during high-volume, fast-paced operations.
• Greets customers in person or via phone and takes order professionally and promptly.
• Oversees cash management duties, counts down registers and processes daily reports.
• Adheres to food quality, waste tracking and labor cost best practices.
• Masters POS systems for automated order taking and currency transactions.
• Coordinates scheduling, inventory control and stock ordering.
• Resolves complaints promptly and professionally and builds loyal customers.
