Qualifications

• Previous restaurant/food service or customer service experience.
• Demonstrated leadership or potential to lead a team.
• Strong communication, reliability, and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team during assigned shifts with positive leadership and guest service.
• Deliver fast, friendly, and memorable guest experiences.
• Ensure fresh, high‑quality food and uphold safety standards.
• Coach, support, and motivate Crew Members during each shift.
• Assist with training and onboarding new team members.
• Maintain a clean, organized, food‑safe environment and monitor standards.
• Manage shift execution, including opening/closing tasks and inventory support.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly.
• Support the General Manager and Assistant Manager with daily operations.
