You will coach teammates, handle food service, stocking, and cash operations, promote safety and cleanliness, and communicate updates from store leadership.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (in progress or completed).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks without frequent breaks.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain required permits (food handlers, alcohol server, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Model a cheerful demeanor in all interactions with guests, teammates, and vendors.
• Provide clear direction and assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling.
• Coach team members in real-time to drive results and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure inventory control, cash wrap, and compliance documentation are accurate.
• Lead shift change communication and maintain team alignment throughout the day.
• Train associates on updated policies and processes in line with RaceTrac expectations.
