Burger King hourly Shift Coordinator role overview: you lead Team Members during your shifts, ensure food quality, fast and friendly service, and a clean, safe dining environment. You’ll coach the team, solve problems on the fly, and uphold BK standards under the guidance of the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager.

You’ll be evaluated on your ability to manage shift execution, drive guest satisfaction, and support profitability through cash control and inventory awareness.

Competenze

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in restaurants, retail, or another fast-paced environment.
• People-first attitude with strong communication skills.
• Ability to motivate others and solve problems during busy shifts.
• Commitment to great guest experiences and BK standards.
