Burger King is hiring an Hourly Shift Coordinator to lead team members on assigned shifts, ensuring food quality, service speed, cleanliness, and safety. You will coach in the moment, solve problems quickly, and model strong communication and accountability—driving a smooth operation.

You will work under the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager, owning shift execution and helping the team stay focused, motivated, and customer-focused in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in restaurants, retail, or another fast-paced environment.
• People-first attitude with strong communication skills.
• Ability to motivate others and solve problems during busy shifts.

Aufgaben

• Create great guest experiences by guiding the team to deliver accurate, fast, friendly service.
• Coach and motivate the crew by offering feedback, supporting development, and keeping everyone energized during the shift.
• Lead shift operations by executing the shift plan, upholding BK standards, directing workflow, and stepping in wherever needed.
• Support profitability by following cash control procedures, helping manage inventory, and receiving truck orders.
