Qualifications

• 1–3 years of restaurant or guest service supervisory experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, serve guests, and support the team.
• Oversee front-of-house operations and shift coverage.
• Ensure clean, efficient, welcoming environment.
• Deliver exceptional hospitality and resolve guest issues.
• Coach and motivate team members in real time.
• Assist with inventory counts and shift recaps.
• Collaborate with kitchen to maintain service flow.
• Adhere to safety, sanitation, and labor policies.
