Job summary

Luna Grill is opening a Tempe location and seeks energetic Shift Leaders to inspire teams, deliver guest experiences, and keep operations on track. This is a hands-on role rooted on the floor, not behind a desk.

You will lead shifts, manage daily operations, ensure hospitality standards, and support both front-of-house and kitchen teams while adapting to a fast-paced environment in Tempe. Competitive hourly pay plus benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in restaurant supervisory or leadership role in a high-volume or fast-casual setting.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on leader who leads by example.
• Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example while serving guests and supporting your team.
• Act as the person in charge; handle daily operations, guest satisfaction, and team deployment.
• Oversee front-of-house operations, ensuring a clean, efficient, and welcoming environment.
• Deliver exceptional hospitality, resolve guest issues promptly, and make every visit a great experience.
• Coach and motivate team members in real time to uphold Luna Grill’s standards.
• Support with inventory counts, shift recaps, and basic administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain service flow and food quality.
• Maintain compliance with all safety, sanitation, and labor policies.
