Job summary

Popeyes in New Orleans is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator to lead the floor, keep energy high, and ensure a warm guest experience. You’ll work with the General Manager and assistants to run great shifts and coach Team Members.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift to set the pace with confidence, know-how, and pride.
• Guide Team Members to serve fast, friendly, and accurate meals in a clean, welcoming kitchen.
• Coach Team Members and help them build skills right on the floor.
• Handle cash controls, inventory checks, and support truck deliveries to keep Popeyes standards hot and ready.
