Qualifications

• Restaurant or hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned shifts and support smooth day-to-day restaurant operations.
• Provide excellent guest service and quickly resolve guest concerns.
• Train and coach team members on food preparation, service, cleanliness, and standards.
• Ensure food quality, safety, cleanliness, and brand standards are maintained.
• Assist with cash handling, inventory, and opening/closing procedures.
• Monitor labor and restaurant activity throughout the shift.
• Support management in achieving sales and operational goals.
• Participate in daily community marketing and sales-building activities.
• Visit local businesses and organizations to introduce the restaurant and build relationships.
• Help generate catering leads and repeat business through outreach and follow-up.
• Participate in events, promotions, social media, and grassroots marketing efforts.
