Responsibilities

• Lead assigned shifts and support day-to-day restaurant operations.
• Provide excellent guest service and quickly resolve guest concerns.
• Train and coach team members on food preparation, service, cleanliness, and standards.
• Ensure food quality, safety, cleanliness, and brand standards during shifts.
• Assist with cash handling, inventory, and shift procedures.
• Monitor labor and restaurant activity during shifts.
• Support management in achieving sales and operational goals.
• Participate in community marketing and sales-building activities.
• Visit local businesses to introduce the restaurant and build relationships.
• Help generate catering leads and repeat business through outreach.
• Engage in local events, promotions, and grassroots marketing.
