You will coach staff during every shift and collaborate with store leadership to uphold standards in service, food safety, inventory, and cash handling. This role offers growth into General and Co-Manager positions, flexible scheduling, and a complete benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience in retail, restaurant, or food service preferred.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume, guest-focused environments.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Set the tone with a cheerful, can-do attitude that motivates your team.
• Provide clear direction and assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling.
• Coach team members in real-time, offering guidance and support during every shift; address guest concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Train and guide your team to meet guest service, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Ensure proper execution of inventory, vendor check-ins, and promotional communication.
• Oversee key store processes including write-offs, cash wrap, and compliance documentation.
• Lead shift change communication and ensure team alignment throughout the day.
• Effectively relay important updates from the leadership team to shift associates.
• Monitor task completion and provide immediate feedback to drive results.
