Schlotzsky’s is hiring a Team Leader to support a smooth shift, ensure top-quality food, and deliver outstanding guest service. You will assist kitchen and cashier teams, manage drive-thru service, and help uphold cash controls and daily checklists.

Experience is not required for management, but leadership in any role is a plus. The role offers flexible scheduling with part-time and full-time opportunities and a competitive hourly pay range.
