Qualifications

• Restaurant or fast-food experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Shift: oversee all aspects of the restaurant during the shift, including staff, customer inquiries, and policy compliance.
• Team Leadership: motivate and guide the team to deliver exceptional service and maintain a positive environment.
• Customer Service: interact with customers, take orders, and ensure a memorable dining experience.

• Cash Handling: manage cash registers, process payments, and keep accurate records.
• Inventory Management: track stock levels, order supplies, and manage rotation.
• Shift Reports: prepare reports on sales, labor costs, and incidents.
• Training: train new team members on policies and customer service standards.
• Problem-Solving: handle issues promptly to keep operations running smoothly.
• Cleanliness: ensure the restaurant is clean and presentable.
• Promotions and Specials: assist in promoting new menu items and deals.
