Hospitality Restaurant Group, a Taco Bell franchisee, is seeking a Shift Leader to run shifts and support the RGM in Canandaigua, NY. You will be expected to manage daily operations, ensure great service, and uphold brand standards.

This role offers benefits and requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience, 18+ years of age, PC literacy, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Background checks are conducted for management positions. Reliable transportation is required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Able to walk and lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for 80% of shift.
• Background checks are run on all management employees.
• Must have reliable transportation.
