Hospitality Restaurant Group's Taco Bell franchise in Massena, NY is seeking a capable Shift Leader to support the restaurant's daily operations. You will help run great shifts, manage a team, and ensure customer satisfaction during busy periods.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, plus basic business math, PC literacy, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Background checks and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skill
• Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing during 80% of shift time
• Background checks are run on all management employees
• Must have reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Support RGM by running great shifts in a self-sufficient manner
• Take ownership and solve problems; seek help from others when appropriate; provide guidance to others
