Jersey Mike's MC Branded is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee daily operations and supervise staff during shifts. You will be responsible for executing rushes, managing cash, resolving conflicts, and ensuring equipment functions properly to maintain quality service.

We welcome leaders who value customer satisfaction and have experience in the food service industry. Training is provided, with opportunities for growth across Morris, Monmouth, and Mercer counties.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in fast-paced environments

• QSR experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and feedback to workers during shifts

• Check cash drawers and prepare bank deposits
