Jersey Mike's MC Branded is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee daily shifts and coach team members in a fast-paced, people-first environment. You will help ensure quality service, manage cash, and keep health and safety standards high.

We offer expedited training, flexible schedules, weekly pay, and room for career advancement from Shift Leader to Assistant Manager or General Manager in future openings.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and feedback to workers during shifts

• Ensure health and safety standards are followed
• Address customer and employee complaints
• Resolve conflicts between workers
• Foster and maintain a positive work environment
