You will manage shifts, train employees, handle cash drawers, and ensure quality service and safety standards while fostering a positive team atmosphere.

We offer an expedited training program, opportunities for advancement, and competitive pay in the $19–$23 per hour range, including tips.

Qualifications

• Leadership ability to oversee shifts and teams.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Experience with cash handling and POS systems helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and feedback to workers during shifts.
• Train and coach new employees.
• Inspect equipment and communicate repairs to management.
• Check cash drawers and prepare bank deposits.
