Job summary

Oberweis Dairy in Elmhurst, IL is hiring a Shift Leader to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in running day-to-day operations. POSITION SUMMARY

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and support our scoop squad

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Carry up to 50 lbs
• Stand and walk on a hard surface for 5-8 hours per day
• Tolerate up to 45 minutes in a walk-in cooler at temperatures as low as 32 F during inventory
• Tolerate up to 35 minutes in a walk-in freezer at -10 F during inventory and stocking
