Cheba Hut Ben Hur is seeking a Shift Leader who can run a smooth shift, protect the vibe, and maintain high standards. Lead from the floor, guide the crew, keep the shop clean, ensure food quality, and communicate clearly.

Some shifts will be easy, others busy or short-staffed; stay aware, call audibles, and keep the team moving in the right direction. We prioritize people over profits and integrity over skill.

Responsibilities

• Lead the crew during scheduled shifts.
• Create a positive, motivating work environment.
• Uphold Cheba Hut big 4: atmosphere, cleanliness, interaction, product quality.
• Maintain shop awareness and shift flow.
• Ensure food is prepared safely and to standards.
• Coach staff with respect and consistency.
• Hold team accountable without favoritism.
• Assist with busy or stressful shifts and line operations.
• Complete line checks, food safety checks, and shift checklists.
