Job summary

The Shift Manager (SM) at Burger King is the shift leader responsible for delivering sales and profit results through profitability, guests, people and operations. Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years
• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred
• 1–2 years of quick service restaurant experience
• Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
• Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed

Responsibilities

• Leads shift team to deliver fast, friendly service.
• Directs profitable operations and upholds brand standards.
• Monitors cash control and security procedures during shifts.
• Manages inventory and coordinates daily/weekly counts.
• Provides coaching to Team Members to raise performance.
