Job summary

Popeyes is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, coach team members, and ensure smooth service and high food quality.

Youll manage shift coverage, support training, handle cash deposits, and maintain a clean, safe dining room while delivering outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong communication and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant or retail environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable with cash handling, inventory tracking, and team supervision.
