You will lead team members, maintain high standards of service and cleanliness, and ensure compliance with policies while contributing to sales growth and efficiency. This role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the Food/Hospitality industry.
• Proven ability to lead a team and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the detailed execution of operational tasks, including food preparation, customer service, and cleanliness.
