Job summary

Smoothie King is seeking a Shift Leader to help guests meet their fitness goals by guiding smoothie and retail selections that promote a healthy lifestyle. You will support team members when the General Manager is not in the store and help ensure a warm, efficient guest experience.

The ideal candidate is passionate about the brand, reliable, and eager to take on new challenges. You will assist with store operations, cash handling, inventory, opening/closing duties, and upholding the culture,

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in restaurant or retail customer service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication skills and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Blend delicious tasting smoothies.
• Assist guests to meet their purpose when ordering.
• Greet and engage guests to provide a friendly experience.
• Prepare fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids.
• Perform opening and/or closing duties.
• Complete store checklist tasks.
• Show up on time and ready to work.
• Live and promote Smoothie King culture, values, and mission.
• Assist in team member management during shifts.
• Handle cash, inventory, and open/closing store assignments.
