• Execute cash management duties with POS and Shift Reports.
• Maintain inventory levels using company systems to reduce loss.
• Keep the restaurant clean, safe, and organized.
• Follow safety and security standards at all times.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Lift 50 lbs.
• Lead a team with minimal supervision and foster teamwork, energy, and fun.
• Operate phones, computers, fax machines, and copiers.
• Perform the job duties of all restaurant positions.
• Communicate, train, and promote quality standards to team members.
• Respond to customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Work to make Papa John's a leader in its market.
