• Previous experience in restaurants, retail, or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent and basic math skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable, hardworking, able to work under pressure.
• Able to work approximately 20–30 hours per week and perform essential functions.
• Completed 4-week Shift Leader Training Plan and pass evaluations.
• Valid driver's license with reliable vehicle and auto insurance as needed for daily banking tasks.
• Meet Apricus Background Verification guidelines.
• USCIS requires documentation proving eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Crew Members and provide direction and coaching to ensure tasks are completed.
• Ensure customer orders are accurate and served within service time goals.
• Maintain high quality products as described in training materials.
• Uphold Little Caesars policies, standards, and restaurant image.
• Manage cash handling and comply with safety procedures.
• Control costs related to food, paper, labor, and utilities; monitor shift activities.
• Complete daily paperwork accurately as directed.
• Follow opening/closing procedures and report issues promptly.
• Communicate effectively with customers and co-workers.
