Job summary

QDOBA is seeking a motivated shift leader to oversee daily operations during shifts, supervise staff, and ensure outstanding customer service. The role includes creating shift schedules, handling no-shows, delegating tasks, and reporting to the manager.

The ideal candidate will manage a team effectively, ensure duties are performed accurately, and maintain smooth, efficient workflows across the shift.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to communicate clearly with customers and staff.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Experience supervising a team and delegating tasks.
• Ability to stay calm and solve problems on shift.
• Experience creating and managing shift schedules.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees, assign duties, and create shift schedules.
• Monitor team performance and ensure duties are performed efficiently.
• Report issues that arise during the shift to management.
• Handle employee requests and transgressions per policy.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety standards.
• Coach team members and train new staff.
• Open/close registers, count daily intake, and prepare cash deposits.
• Resolve customer issues and employee disputes.
