Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in fast/casual, full-service or hospitality industries.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-driven environment.
• Proven team leader to hire, motivate and retain staff.
• Stable work history.
• Minimum 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Taking responsibility for the business performance of the restaurant
• Analyzing and planning restaurant sales levels and profitability
• Creating and executing staff development
• Coaching and leading your team throughout the shift
• Recruiting, training and motivating staff
• Ensuring that all employees adhere to the company's standards
• Greeting guests and doing table visits to ensure customer satisfaction
