Arby’s is looking for a Shift Manager to help operate the restaurant on a day-to-day basis. You will support the management team to ensure every shift runs smoothly and drive performance through coaching and training.

With a focus on delivering exceptional customer service, you will guide team members, handle customer concerns, and contribute to a positive dining experience for guests across every shift.

Qualifications

• Six months+ restaurant or retail management experience.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
